When a Waterproof Roller Bag Makes Sense

Roller bags suit heavy loads that are awkward to carry: dive gear, fishing equipment, team kit or a long trip's luggage. A waterproof roller bag combines a welded PVC body that keeps water in or out with wheels and a telescopic handle. Check the wheel quality, the handle mounting and whether the bag also has carry handles or backpack straps for stairs, beaches and boat decks.

Every order passes through incoming material inspection (IQC), in-process checks during welding and sewing (IPQC) and final inspection (OQC), with SGS or QIMA third-party inspection available on request. Our test programme covers seam tensile and bonding strength, load testing of 1,500+ cycles, zipper testing to 3,000 cycles, salt spray on hardware, abrasion, and colour fastness and colour difference against the approved sample. Waterproof ratings are verified on the bag itself: a heavy rain and water-jet test for IPX5 and IPX6 models and a full water-immersion test of 2+ hours for IPX7 and IPX8 models.
